This new 21,000 square foot, T-shaped community center building is slated for construction to begin in 2020. This not-for-profit headquarters is on a shared campus with a Jewish synagogue. The building’s T-shaped footprint will create a welcoming plaza scaled by 12 goal palm trees in front and a private reception patio for outdoor events. The center’s ground floor is composed of three wings ; a large community room with a caterer’s kitchen, a wing with meeting spaces, flex space & lounge with cafe, and the third wing reserved for future use. The building & site has many security features developed in collaboration with the county sheriff anti-crime unit and private security firms.
